Meet the Team
Lauren
Practice Leader
As a longtime dental assistant, I've transitioned to an office role. Having the clinical experience I do, I feel as though I am able to help patients with understanding the procedure they are having from both a scheduling and clinical standpoint. I recently earned my fellowship with the American Association of Dental Office Managers. I've worked with Dr. Portnoff and team since 2011. Before that, Dr. Portnoff and I worked together at another dental office. I love the high standard of patient care we have dedicated ourselves to in this office. We take time with every patient to ensure their comfort both in the treatment rooms and at the end of their appointments while checking out is maintained.
My husband, my daughter, and I live on a farm and have plenty of animals that keep me busy while not at work. My family enjoys to travel, and our favorite destination is Walt Disney World.
Tanya
Administrative Lead
When I started in the dental field in 1989, I worked with the doctor as a dental assistant. After many years of assisting, I moved to the admin team. I am a current member and Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. I love our family of patients. I have been with the practice for so many years I have grown with our patients and their families. I enjoy helping our patients on their dental journey and overall health, and making a difference in their lives!
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I have a grown son and we enjoy concert going in all different genres of music. I love my fur babies, Brandi a lovable spitfire Frenchie/Pug and Morris a laid back chill easygoing Scottish Fold cat. I also enjoy going to the beach as often as I can.

Lisa
Patient Care Coordinator
I worked managing a dental practice for 20 years before coming to Cornerstone. I was so excited to find a practice that aligned with my core values: exceptional patient care and a team that cares about each other and provides a service patients can trust and feel comfortable with. I love the atmosphere at Cornerstone and have loved getting to know all of our patients.
Outside of work, I especially enjoy being a mom. My favorite things include spending time with my teenage daughter and my grown son, who lives nearby.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I really enjoy the summer days, where i can be on the beach from sunup to sundown by spending weekends down the Cape. I am also a huge soccer fan, growing up my sister and I traveled together playing all over the country.
